Cơm hến
Cơm hến (baby basket clams rice) is a Vietnamese rice dish originating in Huế.〔Thanh Nien Weekly 2 Dec 2011 print edition (When in Hue ) "Cơm hến is among the most popular dishes in Hue" "The most popular Hue dish would have to be bún bò Huế, a spicy beef and vermicelli soup that goes down well with Vietnamese people and foreigners alike."〕 It is made with baby mussels or basket clams and leftover rice and is normally served at room temperature.
